CPSIA – CONSUMER PRODUCT SAFETY IMPROVEMENT ACT

American is committed to delivering a safe product to our customers. To comply with CPSIA rules and regulations we are requiring all supplier partners to provide a General Conformity Certificate (GCC) for their items. As each "new" standard becomes effective over the time frame required by the CPSIA, we will ask our supplier partners to continue to meet or exceed such standard at each required date. If it comes to our attention that any product that a supplier partner has shipped was not in compliance to the federal laws and regulations in effect at the time of shipment, we will notify you of such non-compliance and arrange for return of such non-compliant product at the supplier partner’s cost.
