Founder & CEO

On February 17, 1981, Larry founded American Business Forms, Inc., hired six employees and operated his business from an office in his home. Today, he remains the heart and soul of the company. Larry helps grow sales and serves as an integral part of the Leadership Team and chairman of the Board of Directors. His focus is on communicating and enhancing the relationship with the company’s sales associates, suppliers and customers, by identifying new opportunities that will advance the company well into the future.



Justin manages the Senior Leadership Team and the following Home Office Departments: Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Strategic Operations Support, Marketing, Vendor Relations and Vertical Markets (GPO, Automotive, Financial, Retail, Franchise). Justin grew up in the print industry. In his youth, he spent summers in the mailroom, at the warehouse or providing on-site maintenance for the growing company. A graduate of the University of Minnesota, he worked in the real estate business prior to becoming a sales associate in the Minneapolis market.

Vice Preside­nt | Marketing, Vendor Relations & Events

As a promotional product and branding expert, Dana brings over 20 years of industry experience to the American leadership team. He attended Hiram College and Kent State University, studying economics and marketing. Overseeing the Marketing and Vendor Relations departments, Dana’s focuses on building strong relationships with our supply chain partners and growing American’s internal marketing reach and education.


Vice President | Human Resources

Sarah is a results’ focused HR leader providing business partnership that drives bottom-line profitability through our greatest asset, which is our people here at American! She has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources with employers ranging from a public fortune 100 company to non-profit, higher education organizations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management Information Systems as well as an MBA with an HR emphasis. Sarah has a passion for cultivating employee experiences and creating HR programs that support American’s vision and strategy. At American, she leads the HR team in all aspects of HR work that impact the employee lifecycle, as well as building learning and development programs. She is also very invested in influencing the culture and engagement work because that is what fuels our purpose here at American which is to serve our customers with a solutions approach to everything that we do!

Vice President | Finance

Bill joined our team in 2018 and brings a wealth of knowledge in finance and accounting, having served as CFO at several reputable companies before American. As the Vice President of Finance, Bill is responsible for managing banking relationships, overseeing the finance and accounting team, and working to improve profits and cash flow. He is a graduate of St. John’s University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.


Vice President | Operations

Miriah Cassidy has been with ASB since 2008. As Vice President of Operations, she directs the daily operations of several teams: Sales Support, Expanded Services, System Training and Support and Prompt Pay Compliance. Miriah also continues to evolve the strategic direction of ASB’s customer service and sales support efforts for our sales associates and customers.




Vice President | Strategic Operations Support & Vertical Markets

Amy leads the SOS and vertical market teams at American. She and her team work with sales associates and customers from discovery to presentation, implementation, launch and reviews. Amy has been with American since 2003 and has over 30 years of marketing and project management experience. Amy is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, River Falls and holds a degree in business administration and economics.
