Founder & CEO

On February 17, 1981, Larry founded American Business Forms, Inc., hired six employees and operated his business from an office in his home. Today, he remains the heart and soul of the company. Larry helps grow sales and serves as an integral part of the Leadership Team and chairman of the Board of Directors. His focus is on communicating and enhancing the relationship with the company’s sales associates, suppliers and customers, by identifying new opportunities that will advance the company well into the future.



Justin manages the Senior Leadership Team and the following Home Office Departments: Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Strategic Operations Support, Marketing, Vendor Relations and Vertical Markets (GPO, Automotive, Financial, Retail, Franchise). Justin grew up in the print industry. In his youth, he spent summers in the mailroom, at the warehouse or providing on-site maintenance for the growing company. A graduate of the University of Minnesota, he worked in the real estate business prior to becoming a sales associate in the Minneapolis market.

Vice Preside­nt | Marketing & Vendor Relations

As a promotional product and branding expert, Dana brings over 20 years of industry experience to the American leadership team. He attended Hiram College and Kent State University, studying economics and marketing. Overseeing the Marketing and Vendor Relations departments, Dana’s focuses on building strong relationships with our supply chain partners and growing American’s internal marketing reach and education.


Vice President | Human Resources

Katie has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Business Administration — both in the staffing industry and with a national direct retailer firm. At American, she works to develop and coordinate various areas of staffing management, benefits, compensation, policies & procedures and organization & employee development. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Southwest Minnesota State University and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional.

Glen Miller


Vice Preside­nt | Business Solutions

Glenn Miller currently leads the Business Solutions group at American to drive our enterprise systems and supply chain strategy. In the previous five years as VP of Operations/Integrations, Glenn led the largest group at ASB to provide excellence in sales support, inventory, warehousing and integrations efforts. Glenn joined ASB in 2012, and has 34+ years of leadership experience in Operations/Supply Chain/Inventory/IT/Sales prior to joining American. Glenn has earned his B.S. and MBA degrees from St Cloud State University and serves ASB on a variety of community organization boards.


Vice President | Information Technology

Mike Pfeiffer holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology in Kansas City, Missouri. He has over 25 years of IT experience, having served at a data and marketing solutions vendor, a consumer packaged goods company and a trade management solutions provider. As VP of Information Technology, Mike leads a team of 35 individuals to manage American's infrastructure, including its PeopleSoft system and eCommerce technology. He joined the ASB Leadership Team in 2012.

Vice President | Finance

Bill joined our team in 2018 and brings a wealth of knowledge in finance and accounting, having served as CFO at several reputable companies before American. As the Vice President of Finance, Bill is responsible for managing banking relationships, overseeing the finance and accounting team, and working to improve profits and cash flow. He is a graduate of St. John’s University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
